| 50 g butter |
Scrambled eggs with bacon onion and tomatoes Directions
1. Cut the tomatoes, bacon and onion in small cubes.
2. Put 50 g of butter on the frying pan and let it melt.
3. Add the bacon and onion to the butter and fry them until they become golden.
4. Add tomatoes and wait until they let off juice (water from tomatoes).
5. When the butter goes red, add 2 eggs and mix everything for 1 minute.
