| 3 eggs, preferably from happy hens |

| 10 dg bacon |
1. Heat some olive or butter on a frying pan.
2. Add small pieces of bacon or one or two slices of onion.
3. Cook them until they become soft.
4. Wash the eggs, crack them and put them in a cup.
5. Add some salt and pepper.
6. Pour the eggs on the frying pan and stir all the time.
7. Stop mixing when the eggs are mostly set but not too much liquid.
8. Remove the pan from the heat and put the scrambled eggs on a plate.
Serve with a slice of bread.
