Shrimps with garlic and butter

20 large and peeled shrimps
50 g of butter
juice of half of a lime
3 garlic cloves
fresh fennel leaves
50 ml of dry white wine
parsley
dill

Shrimps in garlic and butter sauce Directions

  1. Pour white wine onto the shrimps and put them into the fridge for about 2 hours.

  2. Chop the fresh fennel leaves, dill and parsley.

  3. Chop the Garlic finely.

  4. Melt the butter over medium heat and fry the garlic on the pan.

  5. Put the shrimps on the pan and cook them over low heat for about 5 minutes.

  6. Take the shrimps and the sauce off the pan and sprinkle them with lime juice.

  7. Spill fennel leaves and parsley onto the shrimps.
