Everybody loves shrimps, so either your friends or in-laws will be delighted eating them. The dish is both tasty and lightweight and tastes delicious with light white wine. Good appetite!

| 20 large and peeled shrimps |
| 50 g of butter |
| juice of half of a lime |
| 3 garlic cloves |
| fresh fennel leaves |
| 50 ml of dry white wine |
| parsley |

Pour white wine onto the shrimps and put them into the fridge for about 2 hours.
Chop the fresh fennel leaves, dill and parsley.
Chop the Garlic finely.
Melt the butter over medium heat and fry the garlic on the pan.
Put the shrimps on the pan and cook them over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Take the shrimps and the sauce off the pan and sprinkle them with lime juice.
Spill fennel leaves and parsley onto the shrimps.
Serve the dish with bread.
